Shipping and Delivery

When will my order arrive? 

We pride ourselves on crafting each personalized guestbook with the utmost precision and care. Here's our usual timeline:

  • Crafting Time: Post your order placement, it takes us about 3 to 7 days to meticulously craft and prepare your product.
  • Standard Shipping: Once your handcrafted piece is ready, standard shipping will typically have it at your doorstep within 5 to 10 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Opt for express shipping, and you'll receive your order approximately 2 to 4 business days post-production.

We partner with Australia Post for all our deliveries and rest assured, we'll provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor your package's progress.

Please bear in mind, these are general estimates and actual delivery times may occasionally vary.

Do you offer FREE SHIPPING?

We offer free shipping over $100.

How do I track my order?

Yay, time to celebrate – it’s on its way! After we pass your order to Australia Post, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which will have a ‘Track Order’ button. This will take you directly to the Australia Post site so you can follow the live tracking updates.

What's your return and refund policy?

Returns

Please note that due to the personalisation nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless we've sent you a wrong or damaged product. 

If you receive a wrong or damaged product, we can refund the order as long as you contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Please note that you will need to return the product to us via post. We will provide you with a shipping label at no cost to you. We might also request you for some photos showing the incorrect product or damaged product before we process your refund request. Your refund will be processed within 2 days of us receiving the goods back, and a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 

Can I change my shipping address?

Provided your order has not shipped, please send us the new details and we can change this over for you.

If your order has been shipped, don’t panic! You can still redirect it via the Australia Post tracking link we provide on your shipping confirmation email.

*Please note: We can only send your order to the address you provide on your order - if you have provided an incorrect address, and the package is delivered there, we are unable to retrieve it so please check your address carefully!

How secure is your payment?

We use Shopify Payments which is an extremely secure and highly encrypted system designed to protect customers and also hold merchants accountable.

What payment types do you offer?

We accept good old-fashioned methods of payment, such as credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/American Express) as well as debit cards that can be used for online transactions. If you’re a bit more tech-savvy, we offer GooglePay and ApplePay too!

Need a little longer to pay for your order? We offer Afterpay Pay-in-4 as well.

What currency is the store in?

All pricing for our Australian store is listed in Australian dollars (AUD).
