Shipping and Delivery

When will my order arrive? 

We ship the glow sticks in 2 days and depending on the delivery address, it can take anywhere between 1 to 5 days for the parcel to arrive.

If you event is in less than a weeks time, it is best to chat or talk to us before placing your order so we can check shipping time in advance for you.

Do you offer FREE SHIPPING?

We offer free shipping over $100.

How do I track my order?

Great news—your order is on its way! Once we hand it over to Australia Post or Courier Please, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Use this number to access live tracking updates and monitor your order's journey

What's your return and refund policy?

Returns

Please note that due to the personalisation nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless we've sent you a wrong or damaged product. 

If you receive a wrong or damaged product, we can refund the order as long as you contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Please note that you will need to return the product to us via post. We will provide you with a shipping label at no cost to you. We might also request you for some photos showing the incorrect product or damaged product before we process your refund request. Your refund will be processed within 2 days of us receiving the goods back, and a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 

Can I change my shipping address?

Provided your order has not shipped, please send us the new details and we can change this over for you.

We use Shopify Payments which is an extremely secure and highly encrypted system designed to protect customers and also hold merchants accountable.

What payment types do you offer?

We accept good old-fashioned methods of payment, such as credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/American Express) as well as debit cards that can be used for online transactions. If you’re a bit more tech-savvy, we offer Paypal, GooglePay and ApplePay too!

Need a little longer to pay for your order? We offer Afterpay and Zip Pay-in-4 as well.
