The smaller size i.e. 60X40 rectangle or the 55cm Circle can accomodate about 50 to 70 messages while the larger rectangle i.e 80X50cm can accomodate 80 to 120 messages.

If unsure, we recommend going for the larger size.

• Standard Shipping: Once your handcrafted piece is ready, standard shipping will typically have it at your doorstep within 5 to 10 business days.
• Express Shipping: Opt for express shipping, and you'll receive your order approximately 2 to 4 business days post-production.

We partner with Australia Post for all our deliveries, and rest assured, we'll provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor your package's progress.

What's your return and refund policy?
Your satisfaction is our top priority. Given the personalized and custom-made nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However, we stand by the quality of our workmanship. If there's a rare occasion where you find your product damaged or incorrect, we're on it. We will work with you to correct the issue, offering a refund or replacement as needed.
