Delivery and Returns

When will my order arrive?
On average, most of our customers receive their orders between 7 and 10 days.

Tracking number
We partner with Australia Post for all our deliveries, and rest assured, we'll provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor your package's progress.

What's your return and refund policy?
Your satisfaction is our top priority. Given the personalized and custom-made nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However, we stand by the quality of our workmanship. If there's a rare occasion where you find your product damaged or incorrect, we're on it. We will work with you to correct the issue, offering a refund or replacement as needed. We're committed to delivering an excellent experience and making it right for you.

Note : Complaints filed beyond 7 days after the date of receiving the package will not be honored.

After your order, we send you a digital proof in 24 hours and only create the product once you are happy with the design proof.
