When will my order arrive?
We pride ourselves on crafting each personalized guestbook with the utmost precision and care. Here's our usual timeline:

• Crafting Time: Post your order placement, it takes us about 3 to 5 days to prepare your product.
• Shipping: Expect anywhere between 1 to 5 days depending on standard/express shipping you've selected and your post code.

We partner with Australia Post for all our deliveries, and rest assured, we'll provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor your package's progress.

Please bear in mind, these are general estimates and actual delivery times may occasionally vary.

What's your return and refund policy?
Your satisfaction is our top priority. Given the personalized and custom-made nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However, we stand by the quality of our workmanship. If there's a rare occasion where you find your product damaged or incorrect, we're on it. We will work with you to correct the issue, offering a refund or replacement as needed. We're committed to delivering an excellent experience and making it right for you.
